Optional Base for Double Tower Building 285CSS051-2

Optional base with swimming pool and tennis court for the double tower building, kit number 285CSS051

This base is like 285CSS051-1 except that it extends out from both sides of the building instead of one side, the swimming pool is enlarged slightly and rotated 90 degrees.  The tennis court is gone.

Please note that this made up of two fairly good sized pieces of flat MatBoard, once you paint it there is a pretty good chance it will want to warp a bit.  I recommend that this piece be glued down to something flat to prevent warpage.
