About GCmini

About GCmini:

GCmini (short for GameCraft Miniatures) started as a garage operation in Southern California back in 2009 with a simple goal: make high-quality, no-nonsense terrain and accessories for miniature wargamers, modelers, and tabletop hobbyists. What began as a side project with a laser cutter and a passion for gaming quickly grew into something more — thanks to a community of folks who care just as much about the hobby as we do.

We build the kind of stuff we’d want to use ourselves, in many cases I am the first customer for a new product — from MDF kits and resin castings to 3D prints, bases, tools, and hobby supplies. Whether you’re playing 15mm WWII, 28mm sci-fi skirmish games, or just want to make your diorama look a little more alive, we aim to give you the building blocks to bring your tabletop worlds to life.

Our Philosophy

We believe in doing things right. That means good quality, fair prices, fast shipping, and honest customer service. We’re not trying to reinvent the hobby — we’re here to support it. We listen to feedback, we care about the details, and we always look for ways to make things better (without making them complicated).

The GCmini Shop

We now run out of a full production shop in beautiful Eastern Tennessee, with laser cutters humming, resin pouring, printers running, and shelves stocked with gear for just about every era and genre. Everything we sell is made with care, packed by hand, and shipped fast — because we know how excited you are to start your next build.

Looking Ahead

Our goal is to grow slowly and steadily without losing the small-shop soul. That means more terrain, more accessories, and more support for the games you love.

Most of all, we’re here for the long haul — not just as a business, but as part of the hobby. If you’re building it, painting it, or rolling dice on it… we’re proud to be part of your table.

Hi, I’m Allen Rockwell — the guy behind GCmini.

If you’ve ever built a tabletop battlefield from scratch or hunted for just the right piece of terrain to bring a scenario to life, we probably speak the same language. I’ve been creating models. mock ups. miniatures, terrain, and tools professionally for over four decades, and I started GCmini in 2009 with one goal: to give hobbyists the kind of precision, quality, and creativity that I always wanted to see in this space.

I’m a builder at heart. Whether it’s designing laser-cut terrain kits, creating new paint racks or painting stations, or helping someone find the perfect scatter terrain for their next scenario, I care deeply about the details — because I know you do too. Every product we make is something I’d be proud to use on my own gaming table.

GCmini is more than just a store — it’s a workshop, a design lab, and a love letter to the hobby. I run it with a clear vision, a steady hand, and just enough creative madness to keep things interesting.

Thanks for being here. Let’s build something epic.
